Michaela Roberts

Michaela is a Dallas–Fort Worth–based Director of People Operations and the proud owner & founder of M. Roberts Recruiting Co., a woman-owned and exclusively woman-run search firm. She continues to serve actively in her leadership role in People Operations, focusing on Human Resources, and bringing real-time, hands-on insight into how strong teams are built and sustained.

Her approach to recruiting is rooted in relationships, trust, and long-term alignment—principles that guide both how she leads internally and how she approaches every search through her firm.

Her background spans a diverse range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, home improvement, and other operational sectors.

With experience serving in roles across People Operations, Human Resources, and Finance & Accounting, Michaela brings a well-rounded understanding of both the technical requirements of a role and the people dynamics that drive success within an organization. Drawing on her own experience working in and sourcing for roles across these functions, she is able to recognize not only strong skill sets, but also individuals who will truly thrive within a team and organization.

Our priority is to make the process as seamless and accessible as possible, which is why we work closely with you to design a solution that aligns with your budget while still delivering exceptional talent. No matter the scope or complexity of your needs, we're committed to finding an approach that works for you.

Every placement is also backed by our 45-Day Replacement Guarantee.
Beginning on the candidate's confirmed start date, if a placement doesn't work out due to performance, we'll conduct one replacement search at no additional placement fee—subject to standard conditions outlined in our agreement. It's our way of standing behind every match we make and reinforcing our commitment to long-term fit, not just a fast close.
